CTFFIND is the standard tool for estimating the contrast transfer function (CTF) from cryo-EM micrographs. Developed by Nikolaus Grigorieff and Alexis Rohou. Used as a preprocessing step in virtually all cryo-EM pipelines including RELION, cryoSPARC, Scipion.
