Info
The Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre (CCDC) maintains the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD), the global archive of small-molecule crystal structures. CSD-derived bond-length and angle restraint libraries are used across macromolecular crystallography in PHENIX, CCP4, and wwPDB validation pipelines. CCDC also develops Mercury (visualisation), GOLD (docking), and ligand-geometry tools.
