CCP-EM is the cryo-EM equivalent of CCP4, supporting software development and distribution for the cryo-EM community. Based in the UK, funded by MRC and BBSRC. Provides a python-based pipeliner that integrates RELION and other cryo-EM tools.

Key Relationships
