Joint Head of the Structural Studies Division at the MRC-LMB, Cambridge (moved from EMBL Heidelberg in 2017). Leading developer and user of cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) and subtomogram averaging, applied to membrane trafficking, viral assembly, and cellular ultrastructure.
