ATSAS is the dominant software suite for small-angle X-ray and neutron scattering (SAXS/SANS) data analysis. Developed by Dmitri Svergun’s Biological Small Angle Scattering group at EMBL Hamburg. Includes DAMMIF (ab initio shape reconstruction), CRYSOL (scattering calculation from atomic models), PRIMUS (data processing), and many others. 6,000+ registered users. Free for academic use.
