SASBDB is the curated repository for biological small-angle X-ray and neutron scattering (SAXS/SANS) data and models. Launched August 2014. Maintained by the Biological Small Angle Scattering Group at EMBL Hamburg Outstation. Over 1,600 models across 1,000+ entries. Recognized by IUCr Commission as official SAS deposition site. Designed in accordance with the wwPDB Small-Angle Scattering Task Force (SAStf).

Dmitri Svergun
Dmitri Svergun is the central figure in biological SAS. His group also develops the ATSAS suite (DAMMIF, CRYSOL, PRIMUS, etc.), which is the dominant software for SAS data analysis. SASBDB and ATSAS share user accounts (6,000+ users).
